HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY:
We Love this time of year and we want you to enjoy your holiday without having to worry about returning your items. For this reason, Gaffos.com is extending its return policy. ANY purchase made after 11/22 up until 12/24 will have 30 days from Christmas day 12/25 to return an item. So enjoy the Holidays and if you received an item as a gift or gave one, don't worry you have time!

The Gaffos.com return policy is simple. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item no questions asked within 30 days for a refund and 45 days for an exchange. Don't worry the return period starts from the day you receive your order.
All orders are qualify for FREE return shipping within the United States. If you don't qualify for free return shipping you can still return your order.
Gaffos.com never charges restocking fees(as long as everything is returned in brand new condition and not missing any accessories), all returns qualify for a full refund, but prescription lenses and expedited shipping charges are non-refundable.
Prescription orders can be returned, but the prescription lens charges are non-refundable. You will receive a full refund for what you paid for the frame. The demo lenses must be returned.
Just click the link and fill out the form and you will receive an email with return instructions. Please make sure to enclose a copy of your return form in the package, this ensures a quick turnaround time for your refund or exchange.
It takes 1-3 business days for a return to be processed once it has been delivered to our return center.
Exchanges and refunds are processed with the return. You will receive confirmation of an exchange and or refund. If there is a difference in price for an exchange you will either be refunded or contacted to place a charge for the difference.
A refund can take 3-10 days to be returned to your account, depending on your bank, from the date we process the credit.
