What Does the Free Prescription Include?

Our Free Prescription offer includes the cost of standard single-vision prescription lenses for all RX-eligible eyewear.

The offer does not include optional lens upgrades or specialty lens features such as:

• Progressive lenses

• High-index lenses

• Specialty prescriptions

• Specialty tinting or sunglass lens options, like transition or gradient lenses

• Premium lens coatings or other upgrades

Any optional upgrades you select will be available at an additional cost.

How Do I Get My Free Prescription?

It's easy! Simply select an RX-eligible frame, choose "Add Prescription," and follow the steps to enter or upload your prescription.

How Long Does a Prescription Order Take to Process and Ship?

Prescription orders typically take 5–7 business days to be processed by our optical lab before they ship. Orders with additional lens options, such as tinting or specialty sunglass lenses, may require additional processing time.

Once your prescription eyewear is ready, we'll ship it using the shipping method you selected at checkout.

How Do I Know if My Prescription Is Single Vision?

If you're unsure whether your prescription is single vision, we recommend checking with your eye doctor or optician.

Single-vision lenses are designed to correct vision at one distance — typically for distance or reading.

If your prescription is for progressive or multifocal lenses, additional lens charges may apply.

Do I Need a Coupon Code?
