What Does the Free Prescription Include?

Our Free Prescription offer includes the cost of standard single-vision prescription lenses for all RX-eligible eyewear.

The offer does not include optional lens upgrades or specialty lens features such as:

• Progressive lenses

• High-index lenses

• Specialty prescriptions

• Specialty tinting or sunglass lens options, like transition or gradient lenses

• Premium lens coatings or other upgrades

Any optional upgrades you select will be available at an additional cost.

How Do I Get My Free Prescription?

It's easy! Simply select an RX-eligible frame, choose "Add Prescription," and follow the steps to enter or upload your prescription.

Your free single-vision prescription lens price will be applied automatically — no promo code required.

How Long Does a Prescription Order Take to Process and Ship?

Prescription orders typically take 5–7 business days to be processed by our optical lab before they ship. Orders with additional lens options, such as tinting or specialty sunglass lenses, may require additional processing time.

Once your prescription eyewear is ready, we'll ship it using the shipping method you selected at checkout.

How Do I Know if My Prescription Is Single Vision?

If you're unsure whether your prescription is single vision, we recommend checking with your eye doctor or optician.

Single-vision lenses are designed to correct vision at one distance — typically for distance or reading.

If your prescription is for progressive or multifocal lenses, additional lens charges may apply.

Do I Need a Coupon Code?

No!

There's nothing to enter and no special promotion to activate. If you purchase an RX-eligible frame, simply add your prescription during checkout and your single-vision prescription lenses are automatically included for FREE.

Prescription Acceptance: What We Can & Can't Fill

What Prescription Details Do I Need to Provide?

To fill your prescription accurately, please have the following information ready from your most recent eye exam (typically valid within the last 1–2 years — check with your eye doctor):

• Sphere (SPH) for each eye
• Cylinder (CYL) and Axis, if applicable
• Pupillary Distance (PD) — single or dual measurement
• Add power, if you have a multifocal prescription (note: progressive lenses are not included in the free offer)

You can enter your prescription manually at checkout or upload a photo or scan of your prescription card.

Do You Accept Strong or High-Power Prescriptions?

We can fill a wide range of prescriptions, but very strong prescriptions may require high-index lenses (available as an upgrade) or may fall outside the range our lab can accommodate.

Our standard single-vision lenses cover the following range:

• Sphere (SPH): [CONFIRM: e.g., -8.00 to +6.00 — please verify with your lab]
• Cylinder (CYL): [CONFIRM: e.g., up to ±4.00 — please verify with your lab]

If your prescription falls outside these ranges, we'll contact you to discuss upgrade options or let you know if the order cannot be filled. [CONFIRM: describe your process when a prescription is out of range — refund, upgrade offer, or other resolution.]

Are Specialty or Complex Prescriptions Accepted?

The following prescription types are not covered by the free single-vision offer and may incur additional charges or cannot be filled through our standard process:

• Progressive (bifocal/multifocal) prescriptions — require progressive lenses, available as a paid upgrade
• Prism prescriptions — [CONFIRM: can your lab fill prism Rx? If so, at what cost or range? If not, note that you cannot fill prism prescriptions at this time.]
• Specialty tints or photochromic (transition) lenses — available as paid upgrades
• Prescriptions requiring non-standard base curves — [CONFIRM: note any frame-fit or base-curve limitations with your lab.]

How Is My Prescription Verified?

We take prescription accuracy seriously. Our optical lab reviews every prescription before your lenses are cut. [CONFIRM: do you require a copy of the original prescription for verification, or do you rely on customer-entered data? Note any regulatory requirements that apply in your shipping regions.]

By placing a prescription order, you confirm that the prescription information you provide is current, accurate, and issued by a licensed eye care professional.

When Should I Contact My Eye Doctor Before Ordering?

We recommend speaking with your eye care professional before placing a prescription order if:

• Your prescription is more than 1–2 years old
• You have a very strong or complex prescription (see ranges above)
• You have a prism correction or other specialty requirement
• You're unsure whether your prescription is single vision, progressive, or multifocal
• You've recently had eye surgery or a significant change in your vision
