RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY:

You have the flexibility to return an item within 30 days or exchange it within 45 days of your purchase date. To initiate the return or exchange process, please click on the link below, and our returns service will assist you in generating a return label.

Return Shipping Cost:

  • A flat rate return shipping cost of $4.99 will be applied to all returns, except when an item is being returned for an exchange.
  • If you are returning an item for a refund, the return shipping fee of $4.99 will be deducted from your refund when the return is processed.

International Returns:

We accept returns within 45 business days from delivery, unfortunately for International orders return shipping labels cannot be provided or covered by us. Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the expenses for returning items at their own cost. Additionally, please note that shipping fees are non-refundable when a refund is processed.

HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY:

We adore the festive season and want you to savor every moment without any concerns about returns. To make your holiday even more joyful, Gaffos.com is extending its return policy. Any purchase made between November 7th and December 24th will have an extended return window of 30 days starting from Christmas Day, December 25th. So, whether you received a gift or gave one, there's no need to fret – you have plenty of time!

To ensure fairness and the best shopping experience for all our customers, we have established the following guidelines:

  1. No more than three (3) returns are permitted per customer within a 30-day calendar month.
  2. If a customer exceeds this limit, Gaffos.com reserves the right to restrict or suspend their ability to place future orders.

The Gaffos.com return policy is simple. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item no questions asked within 30 days for a refund and 45 days for an exchange. Don't worry the return period starts from the day you receive your order.

At Gaffos.com, rest assured that we never impose restocking fees, provided that everything is returned in brand new condition with all accessories intact. All eligible returns qualify for a refund; however, please note that prescription lenses and shipping charges are non-refundable. Your satisfaction remains our top priority.

Prescription orders can be returned, but the prescription lens charges are non-refundable. You will receive a full refund for what you paid for the frame. The demo lenses must be returned.

Just click the link and fill out the form and you will receive an email with return instructions. Please make sure to enclose a copy of your return form in the package, this ensures a quick turnaround time for your refund or exchange.

It takes 1-3 business days for a return to be processed once it has been delivered to our return center.

Exchanges and refunds are processed with the return. You will receive confirmation of an exchange and or refund. If there is a difference in price for an exchange you will either be refunded or contacted to place a charge for the difference.

A refund can take 3-10 days to be returned to your account, depending on your bank, from the date we process the credit.
